HOW TO ADD BALANCE AND ENERGY TO YOUR LIFE
EATING
Regular meals with recommended balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, and veggies.
Take multivitamin every morning
Limit sugar & caffeine intake
No alcohol or other substances
SLEEPING
Regular sleep/wake cycle
Develop a ritual before bedtime
Practice relaxation and other sleep strategies
ACTIVITY
Go outside everyday
Exercise aerobically at least once per week for 20+ minutes
Do "something fun" for yourself at least once per week
RELAXATION
Practice relaxation techniques such as abdominal breathing when feeling tense or upset until you feel better
